Prakash Gorroochurn

Dr. Prakash Gorroochurn conducts research in mathematical population genetics and genetic epidemiology and has published in both these fields. His work in population genetics is theoretical in nature and focuses mainly on the use of coalescent theory to model ancestry. Dr. Gorroochurn’s work in genetic epidemiology is more applied and deals mainly with population association studies.
