Dr. Carrasquillo is the Principal Investigator of the Columbia Center for the Health of Urban Minorities funded by the NIH National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities (P60) and Director of the General Medicine Research Fellowship Program.
His research interests focus on health insurance, access to care, minority health, health and disparities and community based participatory research. He will discuss disparities in health and healthcare among racial and ethnic minorities with a focus on key concepts in measurement, data collection, and analysis.
