Ten Mailman School Staff Members Receive Awards for Excellence

On April 8, the Mailman School celebrated the dedication and talent of ten outstanding staff members, each of whom received a Staff Award for Excellence during the April school assembly. Executive Vice Dean Andrew Davidson asked each recipient to stand before the packed room as he recounted the unique—and often long-standing—contributions of each person. Together with Carmen De Leon, associate dean, he presented the awardees with a certificate of excellence and a cash award of $5,000. Dean Rosenfield, who was joined by his wife, Clare, his son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Rachel, daughter Jill, and brother Jim, congratulated the winners and thanked them for their enormous contributions to the School.

The staff awards are made possible by a generous gift from an anonymous donor. The School is proud to recognize outstanding Mailman School staff members who demonstrate the highest standards of excellence and extraordinary performance. Nominations for the awards, submitted by candidates’ supervisors, were reviewed and selected by a committee comprised of representatives from the academic departments and the Dean’s Office.

This year’s awardees are listed below in alphabetical order:
