P8114   Statistical issues in microarray data: workshop and journal club, 1 point

Prerequisites: P6103 or P6104,

This is a journal club-style 1-unit course whose purpose is the critical assessment of current papers on the analysis of gene expression and other high-throughput genomic data. Students are expected to participate by contributing to the discussions on the papers and by leading one of the discussions. A pass/fail grade will be assigned based on attendance, participation in the discussions, and quality of the presentation.
